Feet still hurt today, but seems to be getting a little better. "ran" ... ok hobbled slowly barefoot over a distance of 1.3 miles according to the garmin. Mostly sidewalk, some asphalt, about 50 feet of grass...
Hopefully this will help me work out some of the aches in the top of my feet ... the right foot is worse than the left, but it wasn't quite bad enough to make me unable to locomote. Unfortunately I had to run over some hot pavement/cement and it looks like I have some blistering on the pads of my feet near the big toe. I hope I just didn't do something stupid... :-)
