Knock on wood, I was feeling so good (and also couldn't find my socks) that I went out to try for 2 miles in Vibrams. I logged a 10:15 average pace, which is probably as fast as I can go considering the pounding, etc. Out of the whole run I felt like I was getting in a groove with my stride for one brief stretch of like, 100 yards. ... :-) I am going to stretch and stuff tonight, hopefully I won't hurt tomorrow and undo any of my progress.
