Until recently I've never contemplated running beyond 5K.
5K: 27:02 (my first "PR" ...sad huh!)
10K ... ??
HALF ...??
MARATHON ...???
Short-Term Running Goals:
Las Vegas is canceled ... we are going to run races closer to home. My goal is to fix my form and be consistent.
My wife and I have decided to train for the Las Vegas marathon in December 09.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I'd like to qualify for Boston. Maybe try to see how fast I can be?
Personal:
My wife is the "real" runner in the family and has done Boston twice,
but many years ago. She wants to get back to training and I just want
to eh... start.
Foot pain in metatarsals of both feet, likely due to "overdoing" something barefoot yesterday. Too fast with Vibrams, or something.
This is depressing, just when I think I'm feeling good... oh well, another rest day.
