Until recently I've never contemplated running beyond 5K.
5K: 27:02 (my first "PR" ...sad huh!)
10K ... ??
HALF ...??
MARATHON ...???
Short-Term Running Goals:
Las Vegas is canceled ... we are going to run races closer to home. My goal is to fix my form and be consistent.
My wife and I have decided to train for the Las Vegas marathon in December 09.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I'd like to qualify for Boston. Maybe try to see how fast I can be?
Personal:
My wife is the "real" runner in the family and has done Boston twice,
but many years ago. She wants to get back to training and I just want
to eh... start.
Rested today ... very busy, and also sore from yesterday. Felt so sluggish, legs were like lead.
5K race is Thursday so didn't want to overdo it.
