Still resting and limping. If anything my foot hurts worse today than yesterday. The soreness seems to be expanding toward my toes from my ankle ... maybe I really did a bad thing running on Tuesday of this week. I know I healed from something similar not long ago ... I know *exactly* where the soreness comes from this time though ... two uneven slabs of concrete that I didn't notice while running in the 5K, and semi-rolled my ankle. It wasn't even enough to make me stop running at the time, nor for a few days thereafter. What gives. I did fracture this ankle when I was a teenager and maybe it is just easily damaged now. Who knows. I am in a bad mood.
